Rebate offer is for up to $20 off patients' out-of-pocket payment (per prescription) when they purchase XYZAL. Amount of rebate for the purchase of XYZAL will not exceed the amount of $20 per prescription. This certificate may not be reproduced and must accompany patients' request. Offer good only for XYZAL and only in the USA. Offer expires 12/31/10. UCB, Inc. and sanofi-aventis U.S. LLC reserve the right to rescind, revoke, or amend this offer without notice. Patients are responsible for reporting receipt of a rebate to any private insurer that pays for or reimburses them for any part of the prescription filled.
