Help your doctor help you

During your office visit, it’s very easy to forget all the things you’d like to ask about your nasal allergy symptoms. That’s why it’s important to think a little in advance about what you’d like to say, so you can get the most out of your office visit. Here are some tips that can help:

  • Before your appointment, write down the questions you'd like to ask
  • Make a note of any specific things you think may trigger your symptoms, including times of year, weather, activities, or substances
  • Bring a list of all the prescription and over-the-counter medications, including allergy medications, you're taking and/or have taken
  • Bring any medical records from physicians you've seen in the past about your allergy symptoms

Share with your doctor how you experience your symptoms by filling out the XYZAL Doctor Discussion Guide. Then, print it and bring it with you to your office visit.
