If you’ve tried many treatments and are still suffering from your allergies, you may want to consult with your primary care physician and/or ask for a referral to an allergy specialist.

  • An allergy specialist is trained to manage and treat allergies, and is the medical professional most qualified to manage your needs as an allergy sufferer.
  • Allergy specialists are trained in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of immune system problems such as allergies.
  • At your first appointment, the specialist will ask about your symptoms, your family medical history, and your various work and home environments.
  • He or she may also run some tests to help identify the specific allergens causing your symptoms.

Your primary care doctor can refer you to a specialist, and when you’re there be sure to ask if XYZAL® could be right for you. By working hand-in-hand with your doctor, you can come up with a plan to manage your allergies—so you start feeling better.
